CONDUCT

 

Driving lessons are provided on the understanding that both instructor and pupil will act responsibly and respectfully at all times.

 

Pupils must ensure they are fit to drive, including being free from the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that may impair safe driving. The instructor reserves the right to refuse or terminate a lesson if safety is compromised, and such lessons will be charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Lesson cancellations are free of charge when made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a booked lesson, will be charged at the full lesson rate.

 

All payments must be made promptly, and prepaid lessons or block bookings are non‑refundable but may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion.

DISCLAIMER

 

Although my vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained to minimise the possibility of mechanical breakdown, unexpected faults may still occur. I cannot be held responsible for any mechanical issues that arise during a driving lesson or during a driving test.

TEST FEES

​

Fees for the use of my vehicle for your driving test must be paid in full before the test takes place.
